AV Designer
Uvation
• Owns the full visual and audio-visual identity of Uvation across digital, print, and video formats. • Responsible for the entire creative process from defining requirements to designing graphics, illustrations, layouts, and UI assets. • Producing and editing video and audio content for marketing, product, and internal communications. • Shape how Uvation looks, feels, and sounds across every touchpoint: websites, social media, presentations, campaigns, and video content. • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to bring brand vision to life. • Plan, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, product demos, social media, and internal communications. • Produce motion graphics, animated explainer videos, and branded video templates aligned with brand guidelines. • Record, edit, and mix audio for video content, voiceovers, and presentations — ensuring clean, professional sound quality. • Manage end-to-end AV production workflow: scripting/storyboarding, filming/screen capture, editing, colour grading, and final export. • Create and maintain a library of reusable video and motion templates for recurring marketing and internal content needs. • Collaborate with marketing on video strategy for product launches, event coverage, and social-first content. • Manage AV equipment, lighting, and recording setup for shoots and internal video needs. • Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, AV production techniques, and best practices to enhance skill set and creative output.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Film/Media Production, or a related creative field.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience spanning graphic design, UI/UX, and audio/video production.
- Proven portfolio required across both disciplines
- Design & UI/UX Tools (Required)
- Figma — UI/UX design and prototyping
- Adobe Photoshop — image editing and compositing
- Adobe Illustrator — vector illustration and branding assets
- Adobe InDesign — print and layout design
- Jira — Agile project tracking
- Audio/Video Tools (Required)
- Adobe Premiere Pro — video editing
- Adobe After Effects — motion graphics and animation
- Adobe Audition or equivalent — audio editing and mixing
- DaVinci Resolve — colour grading (preferred)
- Working knowledge of camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording equipment
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, web, and video production fundamentals (frame rates, codecs, aspect ratios, export formats for web/social) is expected.

We’re looking for a Integrated Circuit Design Verification Engineer to join the Spectacles Team at Snap Inc! What you’ll do: - Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team designing display Integrated Circuits for AR - Work closely with digital design, analog logic, software and verification engineers - Develop and implement UVM-based and assertion-based testbenches - Create and execute verification test plans, including functional coverage and code coverage - Utilize Siemens Questa tool set for verification and debug tasks - Specify and configure tools and create automation Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Strong knowledge of UVM and SystemVerilog for advanced verification methodologies - Strong knowledge of digital functional simulation, and tools such as Siemens Questa - Strong knowledge of good Verilog RTL coding practices - Scripting and automation, such as TCL, Make, Perl, Python and Shell scripts in Linux environment - Excellent written and verbal English communication Minimum Qualifications: - BSEE or MSEE or relevant years of experience - 10+ years of experience in ASIC Design Verification Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with entire verification process from planning to sign-off - Experience with Siemens’ UVM Framework - Experience in emulation - Experience in RTL design - Familiarity with video and display systems, MIPI, AMBA, I2C, SPI protocols and embedded microcontroller - Familiarity with ASIC test or production flow - Ideal candidate is a self-starter, can organise complex issues and drive them to closure - Able to multitask and prioritise. Compensation In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $173,000-$259,000 annually. Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $164,000-$246,000 annually.
