Financial Coach, Investment Mentor – Financial Education Program

Paired

• Guide members through weeks 3–8 of an 8-week financial education program. • Lead live group sessions and support 1:1 coaching when needed. • Onboard new members and help them stay engaged throughout the program. • Answer questions and provide support through Skool, DMs, and community posts. • Explain financial and investment concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging way. • Track member progress, feedback, and participation. • Help collect testimonials, wins, and member success stories. • Use AI tools and internal systems to improve the member experience.

Job Requirements

  • Around 5 years of experience in finance, investments, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience teaching, coaching, mentoring, or training others.
  • Hands-on investing experience, either by investing your own money or helping others understand how to invest.
  • Relevant certification, training, or education in finance, investments, or a related area.
  • Strong understanding of the Latino market in the United States, including their financial reality, fears, and goals.
  • Native-level Spanish.
  • High energy, charisma, and confidence speaking on camera.
  • AI-first mindset, with willingness to use, improve, and “train” AI tools in your daily work.
