Role Description The Program Manager will oversee the comprehensive framework for data quality, remediation, and operational support for a DHS Component. This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of data integrity initiatives, including: - Data cleanup - Error resolution - AI validation The Program Manager will lead a team, guiding the execution of prioritized data quality projects that support law enforcement actions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while adhering to privacy and security protocols. The Program Manager will be responsible for orchestrating all aspects of project management, including: - Initiating and planning - Executing and closing data quality projects - Managing stakeholder engagement - Ensuring alignment between operational and technical teams - Facilitating root cause analysis of data errors - Implementing solutions to remediate identified issues This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with organizational standards. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, particularly involving data analysis, quality assurance, or law enforcement-related projects. - Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders. Requirements - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. - SECRET Security clearance or ability to obtain one, as required for accessing sensitive data.
