• supporting and executing key aspects of Marvell's global export compliance program • supporting classification of products, software, and technology under applicable U.S. and international export and customs regulations • overseeing day-to-day management of the visitor policy • managing deemed export system • supporting trade due diligence efforts • maintaining compliance processes, training, audit and self-assessment programs • supporting implementation of program enhancements when needed

• Focus on managing post-approval regulatory activities, including variations, renewals, and compliance with country-specific requirements. • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely submissions and maintain regulatory dossiers.

• Responsible for supporting regulatory compliance activities to ensure the organization operates within applicable laws, regulations and internal policies. • Professionally, respectfully and effectively communicate compliance topics across all levels of the organization. • Monitors the compliance inbox and provides timely responses to a variety of questions and support needs across the organization. • Complete facility licensing, credentialing and re-credentialing. • Conduct research on state and federal regulations and policies. • Provide support in drafting, maintaining and reviewing policies, procedures and forms. • Provide support for internal and external compliance audits. • Create and update compliance trainings. • Support the compliance department with various projects and initiatives. • Perform other duties as assigned.
