The position emphasizes Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, and best practices in DevOps and DevSecOps. You’ll have the opportunity to influence system architecture, optimize reliability, and integrate advanced practices such as MLOps. Partnering with distributed engineering teams to design, implement, and scale cloud-native infrastructure supporting platform enhancements and new features. Architecting, building, and maintaining Kubernetes-based environments for production systems, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security. Leading Infrastructure as Code initiatives, primarily using Terraform, to automate provisioning and maintain environment consistency across cloud platforms. Designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment reliability, velocity, and developer experience. Integrating and operationalizing MLOps practices for efficient deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of machine learning workflows. Embedding DevSecOps practices, including security controls, compliance, and continuous monitoring. Driving automation initiatives to reduce manual processes, improve reliability, and streamline operations. Monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements to optimize availability and cost efficiency. Supporting incident response, root cause analysis, and implementing long-term solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and cloud platforms.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps workflows.
  • Expertise in Linux systems administration, including performance tuning, security, and networking fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming to support automation (Python, Bash, or similar).
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Experience with MLOps practices and workflow integration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Prior experience supporting remote, distributed engineering teams.
