Role Description The Insurance Services Representative serves as a trusted resource for residents, family members, healthcare facilities, and powers of attorney, helping them understand their insurance coverage, billing, and account status. This role will manage a portfolio of insurance accounts, resolve questions, coordinate with internal teams, and help customers maintain their insurance coverage. This position is centered on customer service, account management, and relationship building. - Manage a portfolio of customer insurance accounts. - Build positive relationships with residents, family members, healthcare facilities, and powers of attorney. - Answer questions related to billing, insurance coverage, account status, and payment options. - Research and resolve account concerns with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail. - Partner with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure accurate account. - Educate customers on payment options and help maintain active insurance coverage. - Maintain thorough and accurate account documentation. - Prioritize multiple responsibilities while meeting service, quality, and productivity expectations. - Emphasize customer service in all aspects of operations. - Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting of suspected violations of law and Company policy. - Maintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times. - To work remotely, it is expected you will have a reliable, nonpublic high-speed internet connection with sufficient bandwidth to participate in all work-related activities. Any interruptions in service should be immediately reported to your manager. - Reacts positively to change and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Experience in customer service, account management, insurance, healthcare, billing, financial services, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. - Excellent organization and time management skills. - Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make sound decisions. - Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. - Experience in insurance, healthcare, medical billing, revenue cycle, or financial services. - Experience managing customer accounts or resolving billing inquiries. - Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or health insurance is a plus. Role Description The Associate, Commercial Processor is responsible for all aspects of pipeline management including but not limited to the processing of loans for the wholesale commercial mortgage lending team. They will manage complex commercial real estate loan transactions from processing through closing by acting as a liaison between sales, the operations team, third party vendors, and our customers/borrowers.
