VP, Pipeline Manager

Role Description The Pipeline Manager is responsible for leading the loan processing and pipeline management team, ensuring the efficient movement of loans throughout the mortgage lifecycle. This role oversees daily pipeline operations, drives process improvements, monitors service levels, and collaborates with underwriting, title, valuation, and closing teams to ensure timely, high-quality loan delivery. The Pipeline Manager also provides leadership to the processing team, fostering accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Qualifications - Bachelor's, Associate's, or equivalent degree. - 10+ years in non-QM residential mortgage processing. Requirements - 10+ years of experience in Non-QM residential mortgage processing, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end mortgage loan lifecycle. - Proven experience leading mortgage processing or pipeline management teams in a high-volume lending environment. - Hands-on experience with Loan Origination Systems (e.g., Encompass, Byte, LendingPad) and managing loan pipelines to meet operational and closing deadlines. - Strong knowledge of Non-QM loan products and applicable mortgage regulations, including TRID, RESPA, TILA, and ATR/QM. - Stable, reliable internet connection. - Professional and dedicated remote working setup.
