• Requirements Gathering • Sit in on client and internal sessions, capture structured notes, and turn raw requests into clear problem statements • Ask the follow-up questions that surface what a request actually needs before it reaches engineering • Requirement Writing • Author epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to a consistent, high standard • Ensure every story has a clear rationale, testable acceptance criteria, and enough context that engineering and QA do not have to guess • Epic & Ticket Work • Break large pieces of work into properly structured epics and stories • Keep dependencies and sequencing visible, and maintain a clean, trustworthy backlog in Productboard and Azure DevOps • Tracking & Documentation • Keep the status of open client requests current and visible, and flag anything going stale • Maintain internal documentation and release notes for the workstream • Cross-functional Collaboration • Work closely with Engineering, Design, the Senior Product Manager, and Professional Services • Keep people informed and raise questions early rather than working in isolation

• Design and document functional specifications based on user needs • Create clear and actionable mockups and user stories • Collaborate daily with the development team to ensure accurate implementation • Work hand-in-hand with the Product Manager to define and refine the OpenCTI product roadmap • Support customer-facing teams (e.g., Solutions Engineers, Customer Success) in understanding and leveraging OpenCTI features • Identify, document, and prioritize user pain points to shape future functionalities • Define scenarios to address specific use cases in OpenCTI • Contribute to the improvement and animation of our product management methodologies

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for your US payment products, delivering measurable customer and commercial outcomes. • Bring new payment capabilities to market, leading products from discovery through launch and ongoing optimisation. • Partner with Engineering and Business Analysis to deliver scalable, high-quality products that meet customer and market needs. • Build strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to uncover customer challenges and translate them into valuable product capabilities. • Enable commercial success by supporting customer engagements, go-to-market initiatives and strategic sales opportunities. • Shape product pricing, positioning and competitive differentiation to maximise market adoption. • Ensure products remain compliant, competitive and aligned with evolving payment scheme and regulatory requirements. • Work collaboratively across Product, Engineering and Commercial teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and business growth.

• Own the mobile product vision, roadmap, and launch — translating strategy into a sequenced, shippable plan that expands where and when PandaDoc gets used • Own the product direction for our design system, frontend framework, and shared navigation patterns • Drive alignment between mobile and the shared foundations so PandaDoc feels like one product regardless of surface • Define how those foundations evolve to serve both human builders and the AI tools increasingly assisting them • Set governance standards for how teams prototype and ship on shared infrastructure as velocity increases • Build the case for foundational investment — what it unlocks, and what breaks without it • Partner with engineering leads on system design trade-offs
