Job Description

Video Editor – AI Creative Cutter

everydays GmbH

• Editing and post-production of high-performance ad videos for Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook) — primarily UGC style, whitelisting, and short VSL formats, in 4:5, 9:16 and 1:1. • AI as a multiplier: You use generative tools (e.g., CapCut, Runway/Kling, HeyGen/Arcads, ElevenLabs, Captions) intentionally to produce hook variants, voiceovers, synthetic UGC, B-roll, and subtitles in a fraction of the previous time — massively increasing our test output. • Fast iteration & testing: new hooks, editing variants, text changes, thumbnail tests — many variants, fast, data-driven. • Close collaboration with the Creative Strategist on ideas, storyboards, and scripts. • Visual implementation of psychological triggers (text overlays, zooms, soundbites, pattern interrupts) for maximum scroll-stopping impact. • Content selection from raw footage from creators, influencers, in-house shoots — and increasingly from AI-generated material. • Building & maintaining a creative library (preferably AI-tagged/organized) so we can iterate faster. • Optimizing existing creatives based on performance data and feedback from media buying.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in video editing for performance marketing, specifically for social ads (Meta; TikTok is a plus) — you have edited ads that actually ran live and performed.
  • AI workflows are mandatory, not nice-to-have: You actively work with generative video, audio, and avatar tools — or are eager to learn them quickly.
  • You view AI as a tool that multiplies your output, not as a threat.
  • Confident use of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or CapCut; After Effects is a plus.
  • A strong sense of pace, dynamics, timing, and advertising effectiveness — not just aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with common direct-response frameworks: Hook–Problem–Solution, Before–After–Bridge, AIDA, PAS, etc.
  • Self-driven, structured, and fast working style while maintaining high quality.
  • Test-driven & curious — you want to know why a video performs (or doesn't).
  • Ideally, experience with supplement or health brands in a D2C context.

Benefits

  • An ambitious, creative team with real performance drive.
  • Access to creator networks, copywriters, scripts, performance data — and an AI stack that lets you truly scale.
  • Room for creative freedom with clear performance goals.
  • Regular creative reviews and learnings — we learn together and scale what works.
  • Remote-first structure with clear processes and high autonomy.
  • Flexible working hours: Your work should fit your life, not the other way around.
  • The opportunity to significantly shape the visual identity of a strong brand in the health market.
  • Attractive additional benefits — from profit-sharing to e-bike leasing and offline events, we offer a range of perks you'll love.
