• Du identifizierst relevante Influencer, Creator und Communities und begeisterst sie langfristig für unsere Mission. • Du betreust eigenverantwortlich ein aktives Portfolio von 25+ Influencern und entwickelst Top-Performer gezielt weiter. • Du baust langfristige Brand-Ambassador-Partnerschaften auf und entwickelst kreative Konzepte, Storylines und Kampagnenformate gemeinsam mit Creatorn. • Du entwickelst kanalübergreifende Influencer-Strategien für Plattformen wie Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Podcasts und weitere relevante Creator-Channels. • Du erkennst neue Plattformen, Trends und Creator frühzeitig und testest innovative Formate proaktiv. • Du verantwortest die strategische und operative Planung sowie Umsetzung von Influencer-Kampagnen mit Fokus auf: -Brand Awareness -Performance & Conversion -Community Building -Storytelling & virale Formate. • Du analysierst Kampagnen- und Creator-Performance anhand relevanter KPIs und leitest datenbasierte Optimierungen ab. • Du arbeitest eng mit Paid Media, Brand, Content und Performance Marketing zusammen und verstehst die Wechselwirkungen des gesamten Marketing-Mix. • Du bringst neue Ideen ein, hinterfragst bestehende Prozesse und entwickelst unser Influencer Marketing kontinuierlich weiter.

Senior Direct Response Copywriter

• You independently develop new ad concepts, advertorial concepts, hooks, and formats following funnel logic (Eugene Schwartz, awareness stages, etc.) • You brief creators and designers based on your concepts • You analyze creative performance and derive concrete actions and tests from it (creative iterations, new angles, new funnel ideas) • You work closely with the media buying team to translate data-driven learnings directly into creative concepts • You own the creative direction across Meta Ads, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and native ads • You monitor competitors, test formats, and introduce new ideas that directly drive revenue
Senior Paid Media Manager – Google, Amazon, Native

• You take full operational responsibility for our three paid channels: Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube), Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) and Native Ads (Taboola/Outbrain) • You independently manage campaign structure, bidding strategies, budget allocation and continuous A/B testing across all channels • You work closely with our Head of Growth – they set the strategic direction, you execute it with hands-on expertise • You actively work with our attribution and BI tools (e.g., getklar, adtribute, Triple Whale) and use the data for concrete optimization decisions • You keep tracking clean: cross-domain tracking, server-side tracking, conversion modeling – you spot problems before anyone else does • You collaborate with the creative team and provide platform-specific feedback: what works on Search, what works on Amazon PDPs, what works as a Native advertorial • You actively use AI tools – especially Claude – for analysis, research, reporting and accelerating processes • You monitor competitors and platform updates across all three channels and implement relevant learnings immediately
