This role involves executing market-level organic growth programs aimed at enhancing visibility and acquiring new patients. As an individual contributor, you will be a vital partner to the VP of Market Strategy & Growth, driving initiatives across SEO, content planning, local listings, and social media. Your work will significantly impact the company's organic growth and market positioning. Execute market-level organic campaigns and optimization plans aligned to growth priorities. Partner with site operations and Business Development leaders to ensure organic efforts reflect local market dynamics. Maintain a prioritized backlog of organic initiatives by market/service line. Develop and execute corporate communication strategies. Manage organic social channels and day-to-day publishing. Create campaign-specific community announcements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
- 7+ years of experience in organic marketing, SEO/content strategy, and/or growth marketing.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating local SEO, content programs, and reputation management.
- Strong writing and editing skills; ability to translate clinical services into clear, compliant messaging.
- Experience coordinating with external vendors/agencies.
