Intern, Marketing Operations
Viatris
• Support Marketing Operations process initiatives for print production/fulfillment operations • Assist with vendor account management • Pre-launch readiness support in maintaining timelines, checklists, and project trackers • Assist in planning and execution of regional convention and speaker program operations • Prepare, analyze and deliver reports on the status of Viatris promotional materials • Coordinate and track industry benchmarking program for marketing stakeholders • Support Marketing Operations initiatives with special projects and enhancement programs
Job Requirements
- Preferably completed a minimum of sophomore year in Marketing or Business Administration degree program
- Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred; combination of experience and/or education considered
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English
