• Enable the MarComms team to operate efficiently and confidently by leading tooling support, strengthening core operational systems, and providing high-quality project management • Manage and improve a portfolio of operational tools for media relations and reporting • Support the transition to automated tracking and reporting through coordination and documentation • Organize foundational MarComms systems including onboarding materials and documentation hygiene • Coordinate cross-functional projects with clear timelines and stakeholder involvement
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, program management, marketing operations or a similar role
- Experience using Meltwater Explore, Engage, and Klear required
- Demonstrated experience managing operational tools (e.g., onboarding teams to tools, maintaining systems, creating documentation, improving workflows)
- Experience supporting reporting workflows, dashboards or operational system transitions preferred
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience maintaining documentation systems (e.g., Confluence or similar knowledge bases)
- Experience working within marketing, communications or growth-oriented teams preferred.
