Role Description Our Global Protective Services Integrated Technology team is seeking a highly skilled Security Technology Subject Matter Expert (SME) to serve as the primary U.S. lead for CCure (Software House) access control and to provide expert support for global technology and compliance initiatives. The Security Operations Technology Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance, configuration, and lifecycle of our global electronic access control platforms, supporting CCTV technologies (Genetec), and advising project and operational teams on support, standards, compliance, and best-practice implementations. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in CCure 9000, strong experience in enterprise CCTV systems, and a passion for ensuring secure, standardized, and resilient technology deployments across diverse environments worldwide. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary U.S. SME for CCure access control, responsible for system integrity, configuration standards, support for troubleshooting, and lifecycle governance. - Provide expert guidance on CCTV technologies, particularly Genetec Omni cast and enterprise IP-camera solutions. - Partner with global and regional stakeholders to ensure technology compliance, alignment with standards, and consistency across all locations. - Advise project managers, integrators, and operational teams on system design, hardware specifications, approved configurations, and installation procedures. - Work directly with vendors and integrators to maintain compliance with current standards and alignment with the future technology roadmap. - Support the Security Operations Centre (SOC) in understanding, operating, and optimizing security technology platforms. - Assist in maintaining and updating global security technology standards, procedures, and training materials. - Provide escalation support for high-impact incidents and support recovery efforts, including occasional work outside normal hours as required. - Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives, including system upgrades, integrations, compliance audits, and new technology evaluations. Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years' experience with Genetec Omni cast or comparable enterprise video management systems. - Minimum of 5 years' experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Skills - Strong understanding of IP-based CCTV (Axis or similar), including installation and configuration. - Bachelor's degree in Security Systems, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - Hands-on installation and configuration experience with Software House/HID access control hardware (readers, locks, panels, cabling, etc.). - Experience administering CCure 9000, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and database management. - Software House CCure 9000 Level 2 certification (Level 3/4 preferred). - Ability to influence stakeholders and build trust across technical and non-technical teams. - Excellent customer service and the ability to manage priorities in dynamic environments. - Experience supporting complex security ecosystems across multinational environments. - ASIS CPP or PSP certification. - CISSP certification or similar cybersecurity qualification. - Familiarity with ISO 27001 Controls and Risk Management Framework. - Demonstrated ability to support and drive organizational change.
