Role Description Corpay is currently looking to hire a Long Term Housing Billing Specialist within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will perform accounting functions of the company. You will report directly to the LTH Billing Supervisor. How We Work - Home office set up (Working hours 8-5, M-F) - Company-issued equipment - Formal, virtual training Role Responsibilities - Analyzing long-term housing placements for accurate monthly billing, refundable deposits and any other fees to be incurred - Entering all revenue fees into the GP accounting system - Entering long-term housing invoices into the GP accounting system - Processing monthly invoices on the 15th of each month for monthly insurance companies - Obtaining appropriate invoice numbers for extension invoices - Reviewing and processing extension invoices into the GP accounting system - Processing additional requests for invoice billing - Acting as back-up for all billing requests - Performing other duties as assigned Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent preferred - 2+ years of job related experience preferred - Experience with insurance billing is preferred - Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook - ACT program experience a plus - Microsoft GP experience a plus - Excellent verbal & written communication skills - Very organized, strong problem-solving skills - Ability to multi-task, self-start, and be a team player - Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position - Exhibits strong business acumen and sound judgement - Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships among team members - Ability to assist coworkers with tasks Benefits - Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hire - Automatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements) - Virtual fitness classes offered company-wide - Robust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer time - Employee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.) - Philanthropic support with both local and national organizations - Fun culture with company-wide contests and prizes Pay Transparency The expected salary range for this position is $21-$22, based on the candidate’s work location. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
