• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions. • Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA Finance modules according to business needs. • Support the implementation and optimization of Finance processes, with a focus on IFRS 16 and Asset Accounting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, Procurement, and Sales. • Participate in workshops, solution design, testing, and user acceptance activities. • Provide functional support during project implementation and post-go-live phases. • Create and maintain functional documentation and knowledge transfer materials. • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Role Description You will work on innovative implementation and support projects related to SAP HCM PY (Payroll) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). - You advise our clients on all technical and process-related aspects of payroll mapping and execution in SAP. - You will either familiarize yourself with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or further deepen your existing knowledge and support clients in transforming their payroll processes to the cloud. - There is no technological standstill or monotonous project work – instead, you will face continuously evolving topics and new challenges driven by changing client requirements. - In selected projects, you will have the opportunity to take on (partial) project leadership responsibilities. - An individual development plan as well as internal and external training opportunities will help you continuously expand your expertise in relevant technologies.
