Role Description The Senior Organizational Change Analyst/Consultant plays a pivotal role in leading and managing large-scale OCM initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic objectives. This role involves applying advanced OCM theories and models to develop comprehensive change management plans, conducting in-depth stakeholder analyses, and assessing the impact of proposed changes. The Senior Analyst/Consultant collaborates with executive leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective change implementation. This position requires exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills to drive successful organizational change. - Although primarily remote, this individual must reside in Nevada OR Arizona and be able to commute to client location as needed. Responsibilities: - Lead efforts to analyze data sources, identify the best sources for stakeholder information, and establish and maintain relationships with key points of contact. - Develop relationships with stakeholders and has a working knowledge of the organization's business operations, objectives, and industry context to align change initiatives with strategic goals. - Analyze the impact of proposed changes on various aspects of the organization, including processes, systems, culture, and people. - Execute a plan to collect and update stakeholder information, establish mechanisms to collect feedback for ensuring ongoing data accuracy and relevance, and adjust plan for effective change management strategy. - Coordinate with the client and other Organizational Change Management (OCM) representatives to ensure stakeholder information is consistently reviewed and updated. - Assist in articulating requirements for the Stakeholder Management Tool to align with the needs of the stakeholders. - Support the development, testing, and training activities related to the stakeholder management tool and coordinate with training specialists to develop training objectives in meeting OCM needs. - Support OCM process and oversee development of OCM plans and other project deliverables: roadmap, communications plan, training plan, strategy, etc. - Help to identify and support key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of the change initiative. - Track progress and provide regular reports to leadership and stakeholders. - Support pre and post-implementation surveys and the data collection, analysis, and reporting of results. - Ensure tool compliance with Government data categorization and protection standards. - Apply OCM theories and models (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, Lewin's Change Management Model) to develop and implement OCM assessments and strategies. - Work with training specialists to define training objectives and support the delivery of tailored training programs for stakeholders. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience in organizational change management, consulting, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading large-scale change initiatives. - Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey the purpose and benefits of change, as well as to engage and influence stakeholders effectively. - Understanding of OCM theories and models (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter's 8-step Model, Lewin's Change Management Model). - Experience in collecting and analyzing stakeholder feedback, identifying trends, and making recommendations to refine OCM strategies. Understands human behavior, motivation, and group dynamics in the context of change. - Understands stakeholders' needs, concerns, and influence within their organization. - Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. - Excellent organization skills. - Eligible for or possesses active/interim Secret Clearance. Requirements - Experience with digital tools for managing stakeholder information, providing reports, and creating dashboards. - Eligible candidates with federal experience are prioritized. - Experience with using ServiceNow. - Advanced change management certifications (e.g., Prosci Change Management Advanced Practitioner) is a plus. - Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Program Management Professional (PgMP), or equivalent certifications is a plus. - Previous Federal Consulting Experience. This role is instrumental in delivering a stable, scalable, and well-documented SAP S/4HANA Customer Management (CM) solution as part of the agency’s transition from SAP CRM. The ideal candidate will bring S/4HANA experience, specifically within Brownfield migrations, custom development, and complex middleware integrations connecting SAP with BizTalk. - S/4HANA Development & Migration - Lead Brownfield technical development efforts to transition custom SAP CRM code to SAP S/4HANA Customer Management (CM). - Code Remediation: Optimize legacy code for compatibility and performance within the S/4HANA environment, conducting thorough impact analysis and testing. - Migration Strategy: Execute technical workstreams for SAP Brownfield conversions, ensuring system stability during the transition from legacy environments. - Advanced Integration & Middleware - Architect Interfaces: Design and develop robust integrations using EDI (IDocs) for asynchronous data exchange. - Modern Connectivity: Implement and manage integrations using SOAP and REST web services. - Middleware Management: Lead integration activities specifically connecting SAP with BizTalk to ensure seamless data flow across the agency’s landscape. - Fiori Enablement - Deploy Applications: Enable and deploy SAP Fiori applications to modernize the user experience. - Configuration: Design and configure Fiori Spaces, Pages, and Catalogs while collaborating with Security teams for role-based access control. - Governance & Best Practices - Apply best practices in Change Management, Release Management, and Configuration Management within a structured federal framework. - Ensure thorough technical documentation to mitigate migration risk and support long-term sustainability.
