Role Description You will work on innovative implementation and support projects related to SAP HCM PY (Payroll) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). - You advise our clients on all technical and process-related aspects of payroll mapping and execution in SAP. - You will either familiarize yourself with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or further deepen your existing knowledge and support clients in transforming their payroll processes to the cloud. - There is no technological standstill or monotonous project work – instead, you will face continuously evolving topics and new challenges driven by changing client requirements. - In selected projects, you will have the opportunity to take on (partial) project leadership responsibilities. - An individual development plan as well as internal and external training opportunities will help you continuously expand your expertise in relevant technologies. Qualifications - Solid professional experience in SAP HCM, with a strong focus on Payroll. - Very good knowledge of German payroll processes, including confident handling of schemas and rules in SAP HCM Payroll (PY). - Knowledge of Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is a plus. - Experience in consulting or supporting payroll processes and their digitalization. - A strong results- and customer-oriented mindset, combined with the motivation to help clients take their digitalization to the next level. - Strong communication skills, team spirit and a high level of collegiality. - Fluent German and good English skills.
