Nex
• Maintain weekly and monthly demand forecasts across retail channels • Analyze sell-in, sell-through, inventory, and retailer POS data • Support forecasting updates based on promotions, seasonality, and market trends • Monitor retailer purchase orders and inventory levels to identify risks and opportunities • Assist with forecast accuracy reporting and variance analysis • Create and maintain Excel-based forecasting and reporting tools • Prepare business performance reports and planning updates for internal teams • Partner with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to align forecasts and inventory needs • Track sales trends and support demand planning processes • Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, supply chain, and operations teams to support inventory flow, retailer purchase orders, and forecast accuracy • Translate large datasets into clear business insights and actionable recommendations
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Demand Forecasting, Inventory Planning, Retail Sales Analysis, Forecast Variance Analysis, Data Management/Analysis, Reporting & Dashboard Creation
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH)
- Skilled in analyzing sales trends, retailer demand, inventory levels, and promotional activity to support accurate forecasting and business planning.
- Strong data analysis skills with experience building forecasting models, tracking weekly performance, and identifying sales and inventory risks/opportunities.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with internal teams and external retail partners.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
