Qualifications - 5+ years of project management experience within a digital marketing agency, creative agency, or similarly fast-paced environment. - Proven experience building and optimizing project management systems, workflows, and operational processes, not simply maintaining existing ones. - Strong client-facing experience with the confidence to lead delivery conversations, manage expectations, and build trusted relationships. - Expertise managing complex, multi-disciplinary creative projects with competing priorities and evolving scopes. - Experience with resource planning, capacity management, and staffing across cross-functional teams. - Proficiency with Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, and Airtable (or similar project management and collaboration platforms). - Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to improve operational efficiency, project workflows, and team productivity. - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to anticipate risks, solve problems proactively, and thrive in ambiguity. - Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. Role Description This role will be responsible for supporting the Project Management Department by planning, coordinating, and supporting both projects and process improvement initiatives across the division. Role Description Senior Project Managers (SPMs) at Nova Group, GBC manage the project workflow and report preparation to both Nova and our Client standards and deadlines. SPMs engage in project setup and assignment with our scheduling team, communication with Field Managers on project requirements, progress, schedule, technical review and close out of the project. As technical reviewers, SPMs are responsible for the review and submittal of the ESA report by the Field Manager, and resolution of outstanding report issues. They use their knowledge of Agency Guidelines to ensure proper report documentation. Ultimately, our SPMs are accountable for the technical merit of the Nova reports delivered to our Clients. SPMs may also be asked to perform ESA reports as needed. Typical sites to be assessed would include commercial properties such as offices, warehouses, multi-family sites and hotels. Our Senior Project Managers are a core member of our project delivery and client relationship teams working with our field teams, Account and Sales Managers, to ensure the quality of our deliverables to our clients, exceeding their expectations along the way.
