Role Description The CRM Virtual Sales Support Specialist ensures Dynamics 365 Sales data is accurate, complete, and reliable so Sales leadership and teams can confidently manage pipelines, prioritize outreach, and make data‑driven decisions. This role supports sales enablement by maintaining high‑quality CRM records, delivering targeted lists and views, and continuously improving data hygiene and usability within Dynamics 365. It does not own sales strategy, pipeline management, or CRM system configuration, but works closely with sales leadership and CRM administrators. - Perform ongoing Microsoft Dynamic 365 Sales cleanup and data hygiene. - Add and update contacts and accounts, including new contacts within existing firms. - Complete missing data fields and ensure required fields are populated accurately and consistently. - Identify and eliminate duplicates, inactive records, incorrect teams, and stale or outdated entries. - Maintain clean account hierarchies, contact associations, and ownership alignment. - Build and maintain targeted lists to support sales efforts (e.g., conferences, Nova groups, geographic regions). - Support basic process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline data entry, cleanup, and list creation. - Explore and leverage available automation or AI tools to improve data enrichment, de‑duplication, and field completion efficiency. - Assist Sales staff with email and marketing campaigns. - Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications - Comfortable with Technology and working across multiple applications and systems. - Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. - Advanced user of spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), including sorting, filtering, formulas, and data cleanup. - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint); experience maintaining structured data sets preferred. - Comfortable handling high‑volume data cleanup and validation work with consistency and precision. - Ability to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and improve data quality over time. - Self‑directed, reliable, and responsive; able to manage tasks independently and meet turnaround expectations. - No specific degree required; relevant experience, aptitude, diligence, and demonstrated capability are most important. Role Description We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Evaluations Analyst to support our valuation and advisory platform by preparing independent, FIRREA-compliant evaluations of commercial real estate collateral. The ideal candidate understands regulatory requirements, property-level risk analysis, and market fundamentals across multiple property types. - Prepare FIRREA-compliant commercial real estate evaluations for lending, credit, and portfolio management purposes. - Analyze income-producing and owner-occupied commercial properties including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, mixed-use, and special-purpose assets. - Perform market research and analysis, including rent comps, sales comps, cap rates, absorption trends, and market conditions. - Apply appropriate valuation methodologies (income, sales comparison, cost approaches) consistent with regulatory guidance. - Maintain adherence to Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines, internal policies, and quality control standards. - Clearly document assumptions, conclusions, and risk considerations in written reports. - Meet established turnaround times while maintaining high-quality analytical standards. Project Managers complete all aspects of assessments including field work, data compilation and report preparation for each project in accordance with the scope of work and our client needs. Deliverables for this role will also include Seismic Field Checklists.
