What You'll Be Doing - Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns aligned with commercial goals. - Connect marketing decisions with financial metrics such as contribution margin, aMER, and LTV:CAC. - Identify growth opportunities through experimentation, attribution, and incrementality analysis. - Deliver commercially focused reporting that influences business decisions. - Collaborate with Creative Strategy and Ad Operations teams. - Participate in weekly strategy sessions and ongoing commercial development. Qualifications - 3–6 years of paid media experience managing eCom campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok. - Experience building campaign structures independently using platform best practices. - A proven ability to identify performance issues and recommend practical solutions. - Experience running structured campaign tests and using data to improve results. - Exposure to commercial metrics such as contribution margin, CAC payback, or customer lifetime value. - Confidence participating in client conversations and explaining campaign performance. - Experience working across multiple channels while identifying broader performance opportunities. - Strong communication skills and the confidence to raise issues early and recommend next steps. - A genuine curiosity about finance, commercial strategy, and the business side of marketing.
