Role Description Red Pulley Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Data Strategist to support the ICE Health Service Corps (IHSC) Health Information Technology Unit (HITU) Enterprise Health IT Staffing and Professional Services Support program. This role supports IHSC's mission to modernize its health IT environment through evidence-based decision-making, enterprise data governance, and analytics planning across a nationwide healthcare delivery network. The Data Strategist will bridge technical analytics capability with executive priorities, ensuring IHSC data assets are accurate, usable, secure, and aligned with mission outcomes. This role provides strategic oversight and coordination support for data migration, legacy clinical data integration, and clinical viewer transition efforts associated with the HITU IT modernization program. Role Description We are looking for a Principal Data Engineer to lead our Document Intelligence initiatives as a core member of our research and engineering organization. This is a high-impact individual contributor and technical leadership role focused on advancing the state of machine learning, Data Science, NLP, and intelligent document processing within our platform. You will work closely with product, data, and engineering teams and the CTO to design systems that turn unstructured document data into actionable intelligence — at scale.
