Role Description Ich mache es kurz: Ich suche keinen Angestellten, keinen Freelancer und keinen Berater. Ich suche einen Co-Founder, der Bock hat, ein bereits validiertes, nachhaltiges Impact-Business zu leiten, zu strukturieren und zu skalieren. Das Unternehmen bzw. die Brand heißt JUNC Upcycling. Ich habe das Projekt erfolgreich von 0 auf 1 gebracht – jetzt brauche ich dich für die Phase von 1 auf 100. - Das Fundament steht bereits (Die harten Fakten) - Validierter Proof of Concept: - Wir haben bereits rund 500 Produkte über unseren eigenen Shopify-Shop verkauft und knapp 20.000 € Umsatz (nicht Gewinn) erzielt – mit minimalem operativem Aufwand. - Der Markt will das Produkt. Und das komplett ohne SEO, ohne Amazon und ohne andere Marktplätze. - Lediglich mit ein paar Meta Ads, die wir ohne große Optimierung haben laufen lassen. - Das Potenzial ist also noch riesig. - Die unfaire Supply-Chain-Superpower: - Wir kontrollieren praktisch die komplette Wertschöpfungskette. - Wir sourcen sämtliche Materialien direkt vor Ort in Thailand und lassen alle Produkte dort von lokalen Schneidern in Handarbeit fertigen, die wir alle persönlich kennen. - MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) = 1: - Unsere lokalen Schneider können sogar Einzelstücke produzieren. - Neue Produkte oder komplette Kollektionen lassen sich nahezu risikofrei testen – ohne hohe Mindestbestellmengen oder große Kapitalbindung wie bei klassischen Produktionen in China. - So haben wir auch den proof-of-concept gemacht und absolute Gewinnerprodukte finden können.
