Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead analyst role.
- Experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) – hands-on configuration, support, and process optimization across HRIS modules
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – experience supporting, configuring, or optimizing recruiting workflows with a modern ATS like Greenhouse or similar.
- Led cross-functional initiatives with significant business impact.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query), Power BI, or Tableau.
- Proficient in configuring enterprise applications to meet business requirements, with the ability to tailor workflows, user interfaces, and business rules without compromising system integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to interpret complex information, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
- Deep understanding of user experiences principles and a strong ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements and process enhancements.
- Skilled in identifying potential project and operational risks, evaluating their impact, and proactively recommending mitigation strategies.
