Role Description We are seeking a highly organized, execution-oriented, and tech-savvy operations professional to serve as Operations Manager, reporting directly to our Chief Operating Officer (COO), and supporting the firm's internal operations, business development initiatives, and operational excellence. - Help turn the COO's priorities into action — improving systems, building scalable processes, implementing automation, and ensuring operational initiatives are executed efficiently and consistently. - Work across multiple areas of the firm, including operations, finance, business development, marketing, HR, vendor management, and client experience, to keep projects on track and support the firm's continued growth. - Supervise the firm's administrative and support staff, support recruitment and onboarding efforts, and contribute to performance management and team accountability. - Play a key role in strengthening our people, systems, and processes while driving ongoing operational efficiency. - If you enjoy solving operational challenges, building scalable systems, leveraging AI and technology to improve workflows, and taking ownership of projects from concept to completion, you will thrive in this role.
