Job Description
Principal Product Manager, Mobile & UI Platform
PandaDoc
Role Description PandaDoc is hiring a Principal Product Manager to own our mobile product and the shared design foundations that make PandaDoc feel like one coherent experience across every surface. Mobile is where this role starts. More and more of our customers' work happens away from a desk — and PandaDoc's mobile app is how we meet them there. You'll own the vision, roadmap, and launch. The same design system, frontend foundations, and navigation patterns that make the mobile product excellent are what every other team builds on. Owning both means the product evolves from one foundation — and puts you at the center of how PandaDoc scales its experience as AI changes how products get built. In this role, you will: - Own the mobile product vision, roadmap, and launch — translating strategy into a sequenced, shippable plan that expands where and when PandaDoc gets used. - Own the product direction for our design system, frontend framework, and shared navigation patterns. - Drive alignment between mobile and the shared foundations so PandaDoc feels like one product regardless of surface. - Define how those foundations evolve to serve both human builders and the AI tools increasingly assisting them. - Set governance standards for how teams prototype and ship on shared infrastructure as velocity increases. - Build the case for foundational investment — what it unlocks, and what breaks without it. - Partner with engineering leads on system design trade-offs. Qualifications - 7+ years in B2B SaaS product management, with at least 2 at Staff or Principal level. - You've shipped mobile products with measurable impact on retention or engagement — this is the heart of the role. - You've owned a platform or shared-systems product with internal customers — or partnered closely enough to step into owning one. - Strong technical fluency — able to engage credibly with engineers on system design without being one. - Comfortable operating cross-functionally without direct authority. - Clear, direct communicator who simplifies complexity without losing precision. - Actively uses AI to build — prototypes, workflow automation, task-specific tools — not just for text. Requirements - Shipped a mobile product with measurable business impact, owned end-to-end. - Operates at Principal scope: defines strategy for large, ambiguous problems and drives execution across teams. - Exposure to platform or shared-systems work — enough to credibly own it. - Minimum 7 years in SaaS product management. Benefits - Remote-first approach with the option for hybrid work from our offices in Kyiv, Warsaw, and Lisbon. - We value long-term collaboration, whether through typical employment contract, employment of record or B2B arrangements. - Work schedule aligned with EU time zones. - Honest, open culture that values constructive feedback. - Professional and personal development within a collaborative, supportive team. - Stable yet growing SaaS product offering an agile environment, ownership, start-up energy, and strong technical challenges. - If you are based in Poland, the salary range for this role is 31,000–40,000 PLN gross per month. For candidates based in other countries, the range may vary depending on location.
