• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research and customer insights. • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch. • Translate complex user needs into clear, detailed functional requirements and user stories. • Prioritize the product backlog by balancing technical debt, feature requests, and long-term strategic goals. • Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on features and drive continuous improvement. • Act as the primary advocate for the customer, ensuring every feature provides a seamless and intuitive experience.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of shipping successful products and managing entire product lifecycles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to justify decisions and measure success.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to bridge the gap between technical and nontechnical teams.
- A "builder" mindset with a bias toward action and a passion for solving complex problems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and PM tools like Jira or Linear.
- Technical background or experience working directly with APIs and data architecture.
- Experience in UI/UX design principles and wireframing.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS) is a plus.
