• Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the overall business strategy. • Conduct deep-dive market research and user interviews to understand customer pain points and opportunities. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features. • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of features. • Write detailed product requirements and user stories, and manage the product backlog through prioritization. • Act as the voice of the customer within the team, ensuring a user-centric approach to every build. • Present product progress and vision to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
- Proven track record of launching successful products or features from ideation through to commercialization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive product decisions.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- High degree of technical literacy and an understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Nice-to-Haves**
- Experience in specialized sectors like Fintech, Healthtech, or AI/ML.
- Previous experience in an early-stage or rapidly scaling startup.
- Technical background or a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with advanced product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Pendo).
