Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive new business development while retaining and expanding relationships with key clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization during a pivotal growth phase across the North American region. - Achieve annual revenue targets through consultative sales to new clients and renewals of existing policies. - Build and manage a portfolio aligned with Coface’s strategic growth and retention objectives. - Develop a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through direct outreach, including cold calling business owners and CFOs, and leveraging relationships with banks and insurance agencies. - Market and sell specialized financial products, including domestic and export credit insurance and related services, within assigned territories. - Provide ongoing service to clients by monitoring coverage and program performance. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and evaluate sales strategies. - Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to recommend product enhancements or new solutions. - Maximize sales performance through effective network management and relationship building. - Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to local brokers and agents. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders (underwriters, account managers, senior leadership) to prepare tailored sales proposals. - Deliver accurate sales forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making. - Participate in workshops and training sessions to continuously enhance technical and professional skills. Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of successful B2B sales experience; background in financial services, banking, or insurance is a strong plus. - Demonstrated success in both client acquisition and long-term relationship management. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Well-established professional network within the designated territory. - Self-motivated with a proactive approach, while also able to thrive in a collaborative team environment. - Foster and maintain strong communication channels with internal departments to uncover and capitalize on sales opportunities. - Build, nurture, and leverage strategic relationships with intermediaries to expand the prospect pipeline and drive business growth. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree required.
