• Proactively engage targeted prospects through high-volume outbound outreach, creating meaningful conversations that lead to qualified, high-impact meetings • Lead compelling product conversations that clearly communicate the value of our data solutions and confidently address questions and objections • Take full ownership of the sales journey - from first touch to closed deal - while consistently achieving (and exceeding) activity and revenue goals • Execute a proven sales process with discipline, using coaching, feedback, and performance insights to continuously sharpen your craft • Keep your pipeline moving forward by maintaining clean, accurate CRM records and driving timely, thoughtful follow-ups • Be an expert in objection handling and value storytelling, empowering prospect customers to see how our data helps them make smarter, more profitable decisions • Collaborate closely with marketing, product and engineering teams to share market insights, refine messaging, and continuously improve how we serve our customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a proven record of exceptional sales performance
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with a consistent history of exceeding revenue goals
- A growth mindset - eager to learn new sales systems, comfortable using proven methods, and highly receptive to coaching and feedback
- Strong technical fluency with CRMs and modern sales tools (including platforms like G-Suite, Aircall, HubSpot, and Salesforce)
- Clear, confident, and compelling communication on the phone, paired with strong organization and follow-through off the phone
- A competitive, results-driven mentality that values both personal achievement and team success
