• Lead the end-to-end sourcing process (RFI, RFP, RFQ) for assigned direct and/or indirect categories. • Conduct comprehensive market research, benchmarking, and spend analysis to uncover savings opportunities while formulating and executing effective negotiation strategies. • Drafting, reviewing, and redlining contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs, while collaborating with Legal and Risk to ensure compliance. • Managing the contract lifecycle, tracking renewals, amendments, and compliance metrics. • Monitoring and evaluating supplier performance using periodic reviews and KPIs to ensure effective Supplier Relationship Management (SRM). • Resolving supplier disputes and performance issues efficiently while identifying and mitigating supply chain risks to maintain business continuity.
Job Requirements
- Bring 4 to 6 years of expertise in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and contract management while delivering impactful solutions.
- Hold a background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, with relevant certifications advantageous.
- Demonstrate expertise in reviewing, analyzing, and revising legal and commercial clauses within vendor contracts with exceptional accuracy and efficiency.
- Demonstrate expertise in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), e-Procurement, and ERP systems like SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle.
