Sourcing and Order Merchandiser

• Manage end-to-end procurement for custom apparel: create and release purchase orders (POs), coordinate with garment manufacturers/suppliers, and track production and delivery against schedule. • Negotiate and confirm pricing, terms, and quality with vendors; ensure materials meet specifications. • Act as primary liaison for printers: resolve order issues (e.g. delays, production issues) by collaborating with them and internal teams (design, fulfillment). • Maintain procurement documentation and trackers (Excel/Sheets): update order statuses, manufacturer info, costs. Flag any delays or discrepancies immediately. • Continuously improve processes: propose better workflow or documentation practices to enhance efficiency. • The Unknown - We're always looking for new ways to improve, and we want you to take ownership of projects you believe can create value
Job Requirements
- At least 1.5+ years of sourcing or buying experience (vendor management, supplier coordination, negotiations, quoting, procurement, or related experience)
- At least 1.5+ years of order processing or order management experience handling operational workflows and end-to-end execution
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, multi-step processes with accuracy
- Comfortable using Google Sheets or MS Excel for tracking, reporting, and operational management
- Experience working with overseas suppliers or manufacturers in fast-paced environments preferred
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and active orders simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated, problem-solver attitude, and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to occasionally adjust hours based on business requirements and management decisions.
