Role Description Buscamos un/a Consultor/a SAP Senior PM/GM & Compensation para un cliente para incorporarse a proyectos de implementación SAP en entornos cliente. La posición es 100% remota desde España y está orientada a perfiles con experiencia sólida en SAP HCM, SuccessFactors o módulos de compensación y gestión de personal. La persona seleccionada participará en proyectos end-to-end, desde el análisis funcional hasta la configuración, pruebas, documentación y soporte post-implantación. - Liderar implementaciones SAP end-to-end en los módulos PM/GM y Compensation. - Analizar requerimientos de negocio y traducirlos en soluciones SAP alineadas con procesos de HR. - Realizar configuración, parametrización y adaptación de los módulos asignados. - Participar en pruebas unitarias, pruebas integrales y UAT. - Gestionar incidencias durante las fases de proyecto y estabilización. - Elaborar documentación funcional y técnica, incluyendo blueprints, guías de usuario y manuales de configuración. - Coordinarse con equipos multidisciplinares en entornos cliente. - Dar soporte post-implementación y acompañar al cliente durante la fase de estabilización. - Mantenerse actualizado/a en SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM, SuccessFactors y buenas prácticas del sector. Qualifications - Mínimo 5 años de experiencia como Consultor/a SAP. - Experiencia sólida en módulos SAP PM/GM y Compensation. - Experiencia demostrable en al menos 2 o 3 proyectos de implementación SAP end-to-end. - Conocimiento funcional y técnico de procesos de Compensación, Gestión de Personal y procesos HR en SAP. - Experiencia con SAP HCM o SAP SuccessFactors. - Valorable experiencia en integración entre SAP HCM y SuccessFactors. - Conocimiento de metodologías ASAP o SAP Activate. - Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma en entornos remotos. - Buen nivel de comunicación con stakeholders técnicos y de negocio. - Formación universitaria en Informática, ADE, Ingeniería o similar. - Valorable: Inglés profesional, especialmente para proyectos internacionales. - Certificaciones SAP HCM o SuccessFactors. Benefits - Salario entre 50.000 € y 55.000 € brutos anuales, según experiencia. - Contrato estable en proyecto de consultoría SAP. - Modalidad 100% remota desde España. - Participación en proyectos SAP de implementación end-to-end. - Trabajo con clientes en entornos tecnológicos y de Recursos Humanos. - Posibilidad de seguir creciendo en SAP HCM, SuccessFactors y proyectos de transformación HR.
