• Participar e acompanhar projetos de melhoria e evolução, assegurando execução conforme escopo e cronograma e articulando atividades com áreas e parceiros; • Implementar, administrar e sustentar os produtos e serviços sob sua responsabilidade, assegurando estabilidade operacional, disponibilidade e desempenho; • Monitorar proativamente o ambiente, evoluindo observabilidade, indicadores e acordos de nível de serviço, atuando preventivamente para evitar impactos; • Registrar e tratar chamados, atuar em incidentes e requisições, conduzir análise de causa raiz e ações definitivas, sustentando melhoria contínua; • Planejar, executar e documentar mudanças, assegurar avaliação de risco e impacto, aprovações, agenda, comunicação, plano de retorno e validação pós-implementação, além de análise técnica de propostas; • Implementar e manter controles de segurança e conformidade relacionados aos serviços sob sua responsabilidade; • Assegurar continuidade e recuperação, incluindo rotinas de cópia de segurança e recuperação de desastres quando aplicável, com testes e evidências; • Automatizar e padronizar rotinas operacionais para reduzir esforço manual, aumentar confiabilidade e repetibilidade; • Manter documentação técnica e operacional atualizada e contribuir para desenvolvimento do time por compartilhamento de conhecimento. • Identificar e propor melhorias e novas soluções, apoiando a gestão de fornecedores, contratos e custos, realizando acompanhamento de entregas, níveis de serviço, renovações, previsões e oportunidades de otimização.
Job Requirements
- Formação superior completa em Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência em sustentação de infraestrutura de TI.
- Vivência sólida em ambientes híbridos, com atuação predominante em Microsoft Azure
- Experiência com Datacenter, VM e servidores virtuais.
- ITIL V3/4 ou 5.
- Certificações: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate ou Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate ou Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Windows Server;
- Conhecimento com SAP S/4HANA e SAP BTP;
- Experiência em metodologia ágil;
- Vivência em indústria.
