Role Description Buscamos incorporar un/a UX/UI cuya misión será contribuir al desarrollo de iniciativas internas e investigar y diagnosticar aspectos a mejorar en el funcionamiento de los productos digitales de nuestros clientes, analizando el comportamiento de los/as usuarios/as y transformando los hallazgos en recomendaciones accionables. - Investigar y comprender las causas de los problemas de rendimiento en productos digitales. - Analizar el comportamiento de los/as usuarios/as mediante herramientas de analítica digital, investigación UX y análisis de comportamiento. - Elaborar informes, insights y recomendaciones orientadas a mejorar la experiencia de usuario y los resultados de negocio. - Apoyar la definición y seguimiento de hipótesis de optimización y testing. - Crear y maquetar entregables, presentaciones e informes utilizando Figma y herramientas de Adobe Creative Cloud, garantizando una presentación visual cuidada y profesional. - Comunicar hallazgos y recomendaciones de forma clara y efectiva a clientes y equipos internos. Qualifications - Experiencia de al menos 1 año en proyectos de UX Research. - Experiencias trabajando con Figma. - Experiencia trabajando con Adobe Creative Cloud. - Capacidad para comunicar hallazgos, conclusiones y recomendaciones de forma clara y efectiva. - Capacidad para estructurar información y construir presentaciones e informes con una estética cuidada. - Capacidad para presentar entregables ante clientes y otros stakeholders. - Grado universitario, preferiblemente en carreras relacionadas con periodismo, marketing o publicidad.
