• Identify organizations actively researching IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), data security, and hardware lifecycle solutions using ZoomInfo Intent, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales intelligence tools. • Build targeted prospect lists by identifying enterprise decision-makers at Director level and above. • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified target accounts aligned with business priorities. • Execute structured multi-channel outbound campaigns through phone, email, and LinkedIn using established messaging frameworks. • Deliver consistent daily outreach activity while maintaining a professional and personalized approach. • Qualify inbound responses and seamlessly escalate high-potential opportunities to the North America Business Development Leader. • Build relationships with prospective customers and generate qualified meetings for the commercial team. • Maintain accurate CRM records with exceptional attention to detail. • Track prospect activity, engagement, and outreach progress. • Provide feedback on outreach campaigns, messaging effectiveness, and prospect engagement. • Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve business development processes and campaign performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales development, lead generation, customer service, or another customer-facing role.
  • Experience working in a structured, KPI-driven environment with measurable activity targets.
  • Experience maintaining accurate customer or prospect records within CRM systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM and sales intelligence platforms.
  • Experience conducting outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, IT services, managed services, leasing, or hardware lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales methodologies and multi-channel prospecting.
  • Experience of supporting enterprise or mid-market sales teams.
  • Demonstrated interest in pursuing a long-term career in enterprise sales, business development, or account management.

In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday - Thursday at Hasbro's HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at the Hasbro's temporary location in Boston, MA A day in the life as a Manager, Business Development - Digital Licensing: Drive Business Growth - Identify, evaluate, and secure new mobile gaming licensing opportunities across Hasbro's portfolio of brands and IP, including full-game licenses and limited-time in-game integrations. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-potential mobile game developers, publishers, and strategic partners. - Drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new licensing partnerships and the expansion of existing relationships. - Represent Hasbro at major industry events, including Pocket Gamer Connects, GDC, Tokyo Game Show, Gamescom, and other key conferences, to identify and cultivate new business opportunities. Partnership Development & Deal Execution - Lead the end-to-end business development process for self-generated mobile gaming partnerships, including partner identification, outreach, pitching, commercial structuring, negotiation, and contract execution. - Structure and negotiate mobile gaming licensing agreements, including revenue-share models, minimum guarantees, milestone payments, and long-term strategic partnership frameworks. - Negotiate with senior stakeholders at leading game developers and publishers. - Evaluate opportunities based on strategic fit, commercial potential, product quality, and market opportunity.
