• Actively acquire new customers in the B2B sector • Independently build and develop a sales pipeline • Conduct initial meetings, needs analyses and proposal presentations • Manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to contract closing • Establish long-term customer relationships • Advise companies on ISO management systems • Maintain and document sales activities in the CRM system
• Maintain and administer our CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) • Ensure high data accuracy across contacts, accounts, and pipeline opportunities • Manage sales pipeline reporting and dashboards • Support the sales team with CRM updates, opportunity tracking, and forecasting • Use advanced AI prospecting platforms and automation tools to identify target companies • Build structured prospect databases across Asia Pacific markets • Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, enrichment platforms, and website analysis tools to identify decision-makers • Conduct market research across APAC industries and sectors • Prepare prospecting lists aligned with sales strategy • Coordinate meetings, proposals, and documentation • Assist with preparation of presentations and sales materials • Maintain records of customer interactions within the CRM
• Conduct consultancy assignments in accordance with agreed contractual terms • Prepare and deliver presentations and assessment reports that clearly communicate findings and decisions to clients • Provide clear actionable recommendations for addressing any identified non-conformities or areas for improvement • Ensure accurate and timely updates to client records and internal systems supporting data integrity and compliance • Maintain and continually develop your technical knowledge and expertise in management systems and relevant standards
