Job Description

Security System Analyst – Lenel, Milestone

Securitas Group

• Own incidents end-to-end — from logging through to closure • Triage and diagnose faults across physical security systems, infrastructure, and hardware • Perform remote troubleshooting across Lenel OnGuard and Milestone environments • Resolve issues in-house wherever possible, reducing external engineer dependency • Coordinate third-party engineers with clear diagnostics and defined scope • Maintain accurate ticketing, documentation, and system data quality • Support system administration (patching, upgrades, firmware, new site onboarding) • Contribute to a global support model, including on-call as services expand

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting enterprise-scale physical security systems
  • Excellent technical capability in Lenel OnGuard (essential)
  • Milestone or similar VMS platforms
  • Experience in incident management, ticket triage, and technical troubleshooting
  • Ability to diagnose issues quickly and take full ownership through to resolution
  • Detail-oriented with robust organisational and documentation skills
  • Desirable: Lenel certification
  • Networking fundamentals (IP, switches, connectivity troubleshooting)
  • ITIL or structured service management experience
