• Outbound Prospecting • Research and identify target companies across technology, SaaS, AI, cybersecurity, and software industries • Build prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other sales intelligence platforms • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other prospecting channels • Develop personalized outreach tailored to each prospect's business and hiring needs • Pipeline Development • Qualify prospective clients based on hiring needs, urgency, budget, and overall fit • Schedule qualified discovery meetings for company leadership • Maintain a healthy pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-up • Track outreach activities and continuously improve conversion performance • CRM & Sales Operations • Maintain accurate CRM records, including contacts, activities, notes, and next steps • Keep sales pipelines organized and up to date • Monitor outreach metrics and campaign performance • Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to align client demand with talent availability • Continuous Improvement • Help refine messaging, outbound sequences, and sales processes • Identify market trends and new business opportunities • Leverage AI tools to improve research, personalization, productivity, and outbound efficiency • Represent the company professionally in every client interaction
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B Business Development, Sales Development, Recruiting Sales, Staffing, SaaS Sales, or a similar outbound sales role
- Proven success booking meetings with founders, executives, department leaders, or hiring managers
- Strong consultative selling and prospecting skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar sales platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced English (C1) required
- Strong organizational skills and CRM discipline
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections professionally
- Experience working remotely in a fast-paced environment
- Availability during U.S. business hours
