Senior Technical Project Manager
InvestCloud, Inc.
• Own end-to-end delivery of InvestCloud products and custom solutions for Digital Wealth clients • Lead all phases of project execution, ensuring delivery within approved scope, budget, and timeline • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, proactive risk management, and quality delivery • Manage resources and deliverables across a cross-functional, matrixed organization • Create and maintain accurate project status, budgets, schedules, forecasts, and scope updates that support internal reporting and company KPIs • Develop and actively manage detailed project plans with tasks, milestones, dependencies, and due dates • Identify project risks early and develop actionable mitigation plans • Escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner while keeping stakeholders appropriately informed • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including executive audiences • Conduct executive-level status meetings and provide comprehensive weekly project updates • Coordinate across the organization to align teams, remove blockers, and drive timely execution • Use standard tools, templates, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and delivery quality • Delegate and communicate project objectives clearly to internal teams while driving accountability for results • Manage all aspects of client communication for assigned projects • Build strong team relationships through enthusiasm, adaptability, patience, and a positive attitude • Prioritize value-add activities that support project objectives and keep engagements aligned to scope • Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the finance or technology industry
- 5+ years of full lifecycle project management experience in a technology environment, with a proven ability to deliver against defined scope, budget, and timeline
- 5+ years of experience using industry-standard project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
- 2–3 years of experience leading complex project teams, workstreams, or delivery efforts
- Strong knowledge of SDLC frameworks and delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Iterative, and Waterfall
- Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving organization and adapting effectively to changing priorities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities appropriately
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Tempo, and Confluence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience managing complex, multi-faceted projects
- Highly motivated, quick learner who works independently and drives solutions in an innovative, fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly adopt new concepts, business models, products, and technologies

• Lead the end to end technical onboarding and configuration of Bug Bounty, Vulnerability Disclosure, Red team and pentest programs for new and existing customers. • Translate customer security requirements into tailored program designs and platform configurations. • Conduct technical program reviews, kickoff meetings, and walkthroughs with customers and internal stakeholders. • Troubleshoot technical issues related to platform integrations, vulnerability workflows and reporting. • Act as a technical point of contact during program launches, ensuring smooth transitions and early success. • Provide expert guidance on offensive security engagements, vulnerability triage, communication workflows, and integration best practices. • Collaborate closely with the Customer Relationship Managers and sales teams to align technical delivery with customer expectations. • Partner with Line of Business Owners, Product, Engineering and Operations team to relay customer feedback and advocate for feature enhancements. • Assist in developing and improving internal onboarding playbooks, technical documentation, and enablement materials. • Support continuous improvement of delivery processes to drive consistency, quality and scalability. • Maintain deep expertise in Bugcrowd’s platform capabilities, bug bounty program models, and pentesting methodologies. • Stay informed on industry trends and evolving security practices to provide innovative customer solutions.
