• Design intuitive and visually polished user experiences for web and mobile applications. • Create high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes using Figma. • Collaborate closely with the founder to translate business goals into user-centered experiences. • Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design quality throughout development. • Improve existing user flows across the marketplace, including product discovery, rentals, checkout, user onboarding, and account management. • Design new experiences for marketplace operations, including garment care workflows, notifications, and lender management. • Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components. • Conduct UX research when needed and continuously iterate designs based on user feedback and business priorities. • Advocate for usability, accessibility, consistency, and modern design best practices.

• Drive execution of the end-to-end product design process from initial concept through final implementation • Overseeing user research, competitive analysis, wireframing, conceptual design, user flow definition, information architecture, interactive prototyping, user testing, UX writing, and visual design • Lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Customer Experience & Support, and other departments to align business objectives with user needs and translate them into impactful design solutions • Develop and drive adherence to a robust user research, design, and testing framework, ensuring continuous insight gathering, rigorous usability testing, and comprehensive design documentation (including user personas, journey maps, and design specifications) to streamline collaboration and handoff to product development teams • Establish and maintain expertise in industry trends and best practices, integrating cutting-edge methodologies into the design process • Champion and embed user-centered design principles at every stage of product development, ensuring a superior user experience
