Role Description DCX Academy seeks candidates with strong foundational capabilities and the potential to grow into high-performing virtual professionals supporting promotional product businesses and global clients. DCX Marketing Trainees must demonstrate key traits and meet baseline requirements to succeed, with flexibility for cross-skilling based on client needs and role availability. This provides exposure to different industries and supports development toward client-facing roles. - Analyzes the customer’s demographic details in addition to forming marketing strategies accordingly. - Contributes to the creation of digital assets, including email campaigns and content for social media and portals. - Creates presentation format and compiles data for the preparation of sales presentations. - Checks the inventory and orders samples. - Coordinates the production of orders and ensures timely communication with suppliers about orders. - Provides administrative and project support for a variety of marketing projects. - Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field. - 1–2 years of BPO experience across various industries, including e-commerce, telecommunications, travel, logistics, healthcare, appointment setting, real estate, and/or promotional. - Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. - Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. Requirements - Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications; basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva is a plus. - Basic Excel skills (simple formulas) and the ability to create clear PowerPoint presentations. - Ability to perform basic arithmetic (costing and pricing). - Strong attention to detail in reviewing and validating data/content. - Able to interpret written instructions and execute tasks with minimal supervision. - Basic understanding of e-commerce workflows (product listings, store setup, optimization, and SEO fundamentals). - Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas, follow instructions, and interact professionally with clients and team members. - Demonstrates customer orientation and the ability to adapt to different personalities. Comfortable supporting social media marketing activities. - Experience in the promotional products industry or similar e-commerce environments is an advantage. - Familiarity with industry platforms such as Sage, ESP, CommonSku, or Syncore is a plus. Role Description The Director of Field Marketing leads seasonal offers, the content calendar, and integrated campaigns across Guild Garage Group’s local brands. You are the glue between local brand leaders, operations, agencies, and our marketing specialist team.
