Sr Business Development Representative
UKG
Role Description - Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory with support from the field sales executives as well as field sales management. - Leverage strong prospecting and business development skills to generate incremental revenue opportunities through outbound calling and lead generation. - Utilize knowledge of UKG products and solutions to enhance the client’s or prospect’s interest in UKG and communicate the value of our solution(s) to further assist the sales cycle. - Partner with the field sales team to promote UKG's business initiatives and to enhance the customer or prospect’s knowledge of UKG products, programs, and services. - Employ expert probing skills to expand contacts or define new product requirements within a prospect and/or customer, while increasing revenue and teaming with field sales. - Maintain expected metrics of outbound calls and targeted emails to increase the number of live conversations per day. - Provide qualified lead information to the field sales organization to assist in account progression or sales pipeline acceleration. Qualifications - Bilingual in French and English. - 2+ years’ professional experience as a BDR/SDR with strong outbound experience plus one additional year general professional experience. - 1 year experience utilizing all pertinent social media tools to improve prospecting success (e.g. LinkedIn Navigator, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.). - Proficient using Salesforce.com. Requirements - Knowledge of the enterprise software industry, specifically HCM or Workforce Management. - Familiar or certified in a common sales methodology (e.g. Sandler, Holden, AAISP etc.). Role Description The Business Development Representative is responsible for selling our products to quality mom & pop restaurateurs who have not yet been introduced to the consistently superior flavor of our tomatoes and/or olive oils. The role includes supporting Stanislaus Food Products and Corto Olive with targeted account development in key sectors to help grow new business revenue. - Walking into restaurant kitchens, engaging chefs and owners in conversation, and conducting side-by-side tastings to demonstrate that our tomatoes and oils taste better than their current brands. - Influencing potential customers to begin purchasing our products from their distributor. - Sales, with a results-oriented drive. - Maintaining confidence and displaying an exuberant attitude. - Projecting a culinary or independent restaurant background. - Partnering and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Displaying a strong work ethic and being self-motivated, including the ability to meet or exceed quota while working remotely. - Exhibiting excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills. - Performing other duties as assigned.
