Role Description Proofpoint is seeking a high-impact Partner Marketing Manager to drive growth across our Americas channel ecosystem, spanning a strategic group of resellers and VARS. This role serves as the GTM engine behind our partner-led growth, accelerating pipeline through targeted co-marketing programs, strategic field activations and scalable partner enablement. You’ll work directly with high-growth partners to expand Proofpoint’s reach, strengthen brand presence and amplify sales momentum across diverse markets. We’re looking for a marketer who can think strategically, execute flawlessly, operate across cultures and serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Channel and Marketing. - Develop and execute national channel marketing plans with strategic partners, aligning programs to sales priorities and supporting growth across enterprise, commercial, and SMB segments. - Build and maintain deep relationships with our strategic partners and their partner marketing teams to drive pipeline through targeted co-sell campaigns. - Activate Partner Development Funds strategically, maximizing ROI and maintaining compliance. - Work with our channel sales teams to align programs to active co-sell priorities and territory plans. - Participate in forecast calls, QBRs, and pipeline reviews as an accountable marketing owner. - Collaborate with product marketing to ensure Proofpoint specific messaging reflects the partner narrative and their buyer problems. - Develop content and enablement assets that partners will use, built around their selling motion. - Define, track, and report on KPIs aligned to partner sales outcomes, including pipeline, partner led revenue, and campaign performance. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in a Partner marketing role, such as channels, Resellers, Tech (ISV), and SI partnerships. - Experience in marketing Technology and SaaS businesses will be a bonus. - Ability to bring multiple teams together to drive co-marketing campaigns. - Creative thinking, self-driven & having a customer-centric mindset. - Possess strong project management and organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, consistently meet deadlines and adeptly manage multiple projects simultaneously. Role Description The Director of Field Marketing leads seasonal offers, the content calendar, and integrated campaigns across Guild Garage Group’s local brands. You are the glue between local brand leaders, operations, agencies, and our marketing specialist team. This senior role drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and market growth by coordinating lifecycle/CRM programs and partnering closely with Operations, the Call Center, and the Director of Digital. - Strategic planning: Build and execute field marketing plans that align with revenue, capacity, and seasonality across digital and traditional channels. - Budget management: Own the field marketing budget; allocate spend across campaigns and markets to maximize ROI. - Team leadership: Lead and mentor brand marketing managers and marketing specialist team; uphold clear goals, SLAs, and quality standards. - Campaign management: Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, ringless voicemail where compliant, direct mail, print, lead aggregators, OOH, TV, Radio, CTV, etc.); manage the seasonal offer and content calendars. - Lifecycle & CRM: Oversee journeys and automations that convert leads to booked jobs and repeat business using CRM/lifecycle platforms (e.g., ServiceTitan Marketing Pro, Hatch). - Performance analysis: Own weekly executive reporting; monitor data hygiene & attribution, translate KPIs (CPL/CPA, speed-to-lead, booking rate, revenue/LTV, membership) into actions.
