Role Description TechSoup is currently looking for a Project Manager who would like to join our Warsaw office team and support non-profit organizations in their digital transformation process. If you are interested in supporting nonprofits in using technology to make an impact in the space of civil society and you have an open, positive mindset and a highly collaborative, can-do attitude, we want to hear from you. You will be working closely with the leadership team in Europe, the TechSoup Global Network, and other contributors outside the organization. The Project Manager will play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out simultaneously a couple of projects from our Digital Resilience Program portfolio. - Managing the entire project(s) lifecycle through setup, planning, implementation, and closure phase. - Developing detailed project(s) implementation plan. - Milestones and deliverables tracking, collecting and organizing all projects outputs, with the provision of quantitative and qualitative control, as well as internal and external compliance (including donors' requirements). - Communication with and coordination of project(s) partners and service providers. - Monitoring project(s) activities, outputs, and progress towards anticipated results; working with data platforms and databases. - Managing risk and issues occurring in the project(s). - Close collaboration on budget planning and execution with Senior Program Manager. - Preparing narrative reports in close collaboration with Program Team and Partners. - Contribution to financial reports in close collaboration with Senior Program Manager, Head of Finance Team, and other team members. - Development and maintenance of all formal documentation of the project(s), in compliance with donor’s requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures. - Preparation and maintaining contracts with partners and contractors. - Record keeping and activities related to the settlement of the projects. - Close cooperation with project(s) partners to ensure building a knowledge base on the projects. - Overseeing the work and performance of the team members, setting up quarterly/annual goals, verifying the quality of their work, and providing them with ongoing support and guidance. Qualifications - Graduate degree in related field or equivalent. - 3+ years' experience with international projects management with a proven delivery record and working with multiple stakeholders on an international level. - Experience in managing larger projects with budgets above 500 thousand Euro. - Interest in new technologies (including AI) in social activities. - Experience in the civil society sector. - Thorough knowledge and experience in program and project management methodologies, techniques, and good practices. - Knowledge in the area of monitoring and evaluation processes and tools. - Strong analytical skills with excellent numeracy, written, and verbal skills. - Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt well to change. - Highly effective communication skills. - Optimistic and growth mindset. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Proficiency in English and Polish (spoken and written) is a must.
