Role Description We are looking for a Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities - Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning for individuals. - Prescribe and manage medications for mental health disorders in accordance with best practices and clinical guidelines. - Conduct ongoing patient assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary. - Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care. - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation following professional and legal standards. - Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and medication side effects. - Participate in team meetings and case consultations to ensure the highest level of care. Qualifications - Licensed as a PA-C in good standing. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatric care or medication management. - Experience with women’s mental health, particularly perinatal and postpartum mental health, is highly preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting. - Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records (EMR) systems. - Passion for women’s mental health and a commitment to making a positive impact. Nice to Haves - Specialized training in psychopharmacology or psychiatric care related to women’s health. - Experience in telehealth or remote care delivery. - Additional certifications or continuing education in psychiatric care or women’s mental health.
