• Deliver virtual outpatient therapy to individuals affected by chronic conditions and their family caregivers. • Perform remote clinical counseling services to clients of Nolia as scheduled and in accordance with company policies • Maintain proper licensure and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics applicable to the services performed. • Completion of written records for each patient including, but not limited to, intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, and termination notes. • Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient files at all times.

• Provide high-quality individual therapy to a diverse client population, using evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's needs • Conduct thorough intake assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and adjust care as clients progress • Maintain a consistent caseload with strong retention, booking clients 3–4 weeks in advance to support continuity of care • Complete timely, compliant documentation, including session notes, treatment plans, and insurance paperwork by end of day • Collaborate with colleagues, care coordinators, and referring providers to deliver integrated, whole-person care • Deliver services via telehealth and/or in-office, maintaining a private and professional environment in either setting • Communicate proactively with clients about scheduling, policies, and treatment expectations • Participate in team meetings, clinical trainings, and ongoing professional development • Stay current with clinical best practices, ethical standards, and licensure requirements • Contribute to a collaborative culture that prioritizes clinical excellence and sustainable clinician wellbeing

• Provide psychotherapy services while serving as a DBT Clinical Group Specialist • Participate in Rivia Mind supervision groups, trainings, and attend department and organization meetings • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy that reflects Rivia Mind's culture, values, and standards of care • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, establish appropriate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans • Build strong therapeutic relationships that promote patient engagement, trust, and treatment progress • Coordinate care with internal and external providers to support continuity of treatment
