Outpatient Mental Health Therapist – Part Time

• Deliver virtual outpatient therapy to individuals affected by chronic conditions and their family caregivers. • Perform remote clinical counseling services to clients of Nolia as scheduled and in accordance with company policies • Maintain proper licensure and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics applicable to the services performed. • Completion of written records for each patient including, but not limited to, intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, and termination notes. • Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient files at all times.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in counseling or social work
- Active, unrestricted license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the State of Texas
- Required experience with completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes in compliance with healthcare plans
- Ideally 2 years of experience (professional or lived) in understanding the needs and challenges faced by family caregivers and older adults
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of cultural humility and ability to communicate with diverse individuals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Specialty or training in ACT and/or CBT highly preferred.
- Social justice oriented and practices anti-racism work
- Proficiency in another language, other than English, is a plus but not required.
