RIVIA Mind

• Provide psychotherapy services while serving as a DBT Clinical Group Specialist • Participate in Rivia Mind supervision groups, trainings, and attend department and organization meetings • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy that reflects Rivia Mind's culture, values, and standards of care • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, establish appropriate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans • Build strong therapeutic relationships that promote patient engagement, trust, and treatment progress • Coordinate care with internal and external providers to support continuity of treatment

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and medication management • Develop personalized treatment plans for diverse patients (50/week) • Deliver care via a telehealth platform • Offer guidance to peers and supervisors • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings • Exemplify Rivia Mind's values and collaborative approach

• Provide excellent quality clinical care on a consistent basis that exemplifies Rivia Mind’s culture, values, and guiding principles • Service and maintain a weekly average standard of 31 patients across self-pay, insurance, and Medicare • Maintain a consistent weekly patient care schedule in alignment with Rivia Mind’s standard productivity expectations • Follow Care Model practices that emphasize continuity of care, high-frequency follow-up appointments, and effective calendar management • Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop curated patient-centered treatment plans • Provide appropriate Psychotherapy practices that leverage various modalities (CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, etc.) • Provide clinical support & counseling to diverse patient populations in a telehealth environment • Coach patients on how to manage ongoing health conditions and provide therapy to help patients make positive behavior changes • Counsel and provide crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems • Comply with clinical standards and adhere to timely and thorough session note documentation • Promote a friendly work culture that encourages a fun, collaborative, and co-learning environment that benefits individuals' well-being, self-improvement, and potential • Perform other related role and team function duties as assigned by department and group leaders

• Coordinate, support, and continuously optimize clinical workflows, provider schedules, onboarding/deboarding processes, and platform troubleshooting to ensure a seamless care delivery experience. • Review clinical dashboards for continual improvement and quality assurance. • Assessment and distribution of weekly clinical dashboards. • Coordinate clinicians’ calendars, ensuring alignment with patient appointments, supervision sessions, and other required or optional meetings. • Monitor clinician schedules to ensure clinician productivity and appropriate time and calendar management practices. Identify opportunities for improvement with calendar management and share feedback and recommendations with clinicians and clinical leaders. • Support the facilitation of patient transfers as necessary, ensuring a smooth process for both clinicians and patients. • Troubleshoot EHR systems and business platforms to resolve technical issues efficiently. • Provide clinicians with enrollment assistance, access troubleshooting, and account information management for our EHR. • Provide onboarding support by training and assisting incoming clinicians. • Close out patient charts with appropriate documentation and notification. • Periodically review the Website Directory of providers and escalate to the Clinical Operations Supervisor if a discrepancy or an update is needed. • Consistently evaluate workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with organizational priorities, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards.

• The Psychotherapy Supervisor provides clinical social work services with robust psychotherapy treatment modalities to patients through a primarily telehealth environment. • The Supervisor will maintain an average weekly patient standard. • Leading a supportive and collaborative weekly supervision group of psychotherapists to mentor, co-sign when needed, provide training, and monitor performance. • Attend twice-monthly meetings to provide feedback on supervisee performance and to receive ongoing supervision and support. • Work more closely with clinical leadership in developing training, program, and resource development, and feedback when available.
