Construction Sales Consultant – Installation Field Project Manager
HD Supply
• Achieves annual sales and profitability targets via sales penetration in assigned territory. • Manages all technical and quality assurance aspects of installation projects. • Oversees labor of subcontractors, recruitment, training, and monitors customer satisfaction. • Develops and expands relationships with internal and external customers and contractors. • Accompanies installers on measurement of unit and reviews labor bid before submission to customers. • Coordinates with customers and property managers to identify problems and ensure satisfaction. • Supervises direct reports including performance management, training, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
Job Requirements
- Business-to-Business sales experience including experience using various sales techniques such as Consultative or Solution Based Selling.
- Previous construction management experience.
- BS/BA in a related discipline or MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Certification is required in some areas.
- Acceptable MVR report required for operation of vehicles.
